### **Our Capabilities**

- **Site Selection & Layout Planning:** Concept layouts, equipment positioning, clearances and access based on constructability, maintainability and safety, including underground services routing and staging.
- **Architectural & Building Services:** Designing switchrooms, enclosures and substation buildings including penetrations, detailing, HVAC, pressurisation systems and practical interfaces for electrical equipment.
- **Civil & Structural Design:** Engineering earthworks, foundations, bunds, trenches, drainage and pits, transformer plinths, cable trenches and equipment bases.
- **Transformers & Switchgear:** Integrating power and distribution transformers, HV/MV/LV switchgear, ring main units and associated mechanical and electrical auxiliaries.
- **Earthing, Lightning & Safety Systems:** Earthing grids, lightning shielding and protection systems.
- **Protection, SCADA & Communications:** Developing protection relay schemes, SCADA architecture, IEC 61850 communications design, fibre optic networking and system integration across the substation.
- **Power System Studies & Grid Connection:** Performing load flow, short-circuit, protection coordination, arc flash and EMG studies, and managing grid connection applications and technical rules compliance.
- **Cabling, Supports & Connectivity:** Cable routing, cable ladder and support design, fibre optic connections and EMC/EMG considerations to ensure systems integrate cleanly, EMtek are UG cabling experts.
- **Delivery, Certification & Handover:** Procurement packages, scopes of work, construction support responses, NPER certification, HV Submissions and handover documentation aligned to how projects are actually delivered.
