EMtek acknowledges and respects Australia's Indigenous people as the first occupiers of Australia, their cultural characteristics, spiritual traditions and stories and unique connections to the land and sea. EMtek actively takes steps to help achieve Indigenous equality and to help build positive relationships between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people. 

OUR APPROACH INVOLVES:

• Working with our staff and clients to achieve strong relationships with Indigenous Australians and where possible encourage involvement in our projects.
• Encouraging Indigenous personnel to apply for advertised positions within EMtek.
• Working with integrity to actively eliminate racism in the workplace.
• Ensuring that relationships with Indigenous Australians are based on equality, respect, trust, honesty and openness.
