## Mechanical and Structural Design

Our piping design services offer accurate layouts, routing and pipe sizing using advanced software and technologies. Our piping system directly integrates with all disciplines ensuring every pipe support is integrated into steelwork and concrete.

## Electrical and Instrumentation Design

We use Bentley, Autodesk and in-house software for efficient, high-quality project delivery.

Electrical designs include:

- Electrical panel layouts and shop drawings.
- Switchroom layouts.
- Single line diagrams.
- Power and motor schematics.
- Termination drawings.
- Instrumentation and PLC schematics.
- Block Diagrams
- Communication diagrams including Fibre routing
- 3D modelling of lighting, equipment and cable tray and underground cable layouts.
- Electrical general arrangements.
- Earthing and lightning protection system design and layouts.

EMtek is trusted by project owners, engineers, contractors and fabricators for its quality steel detailing and fabrication drawings on projects of all sizes. We detail thousands of tonnes of steel per year. Our capabilities include:

- Detailing in Prosteel and Tekla Structures.
- Experience in structural, mechanical and platework detailing.
- In-house shop detailing team for quality control.
