## Transfer Chute Design and Discrete Elemental Modelling (DEM)

We use our extensive operations and maintenance experience and latest modelling tools, including DEM and FEA, to provide reliable transfer chute solutions for specific operating conditions. Our approach:

- Ensures the range of operating parameters are catered for.
- Incorporates reliable continuous operation irrespective of external factors.
- Optimises geometry to maximise performance.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 ## Machine Finite Element Analysis

We use Finite element analysis (FEA) for detailed analysis of components and structures by simulating real life conditions. FEA allows us to:

- Closely reflect real life conditions
- Analyse complex mechanical and structural systems
- Optimise designs, maximising performance and minimising costs

## Pumping, Piping and Hydraulics Engineering
