EMtek's core leadership team holds the primary responsibility for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our personnel. They are dedicated to upholding the Company's core values, which emphasise integrity, honesty and a commitment to our vision.

Each individual plays a crucial role in maintaining the business as Australia's most reputable multidisciplinary engineering firm.

 

 

 

 

 

 ## Board of Directors

EMtek's Board of Directors is responsible for ensuring the Company has sufficient, well-managed resources at its disposal, establishing the Company's strategic direction and overseeing implementation of its strategic decision-making.

Working in conjunction with the Company's Key Management and Engineering Personnel, our Directors form the wider executive level of the Company, overseeing delivery of EMtek's success while providing strong governance over the Company's affairs.
