EMtek's Operating Policies 

Our operating policies provide clear statements that underpin important EMtek rules and expectations. They define our business' standard operating processes and align with our values and goals. Our policies aim to support our overall success.

EMtek's policies reinforce common procedures or regulations that are relevant across many workplaces. These may include for example, anti-discrimination rules, communication guidelines or safety regulations. Our Human Resources (HR) staff use our policies to help ensure that our workplaces are safe and effective. Our policies include both expectations for workplace behaviour and the consequences that may occur for those who do not comply.
