- **Process Design and Flowsheet Development:** Practical process solutions, flowsheets and design inputs aligned to ore characteristics, operating requirements and project objectives.
- **Process Studies and Design Basis:** Design criteria, mass and energy balances, operating philosophies and key assumptions to support engineering delivery.
- **Process Analysis and Optimisation:** Performance analysis, mass balance review, bottleneck identification, recovery improvement and throughput optimisation.
- **Brownfield Upgrades and Debottlenecking:** Practical modifications to improve capacity, reliability, maintainability and asset utilisation.
- **Plant Trials and Performance Testing:** Site-based trials to validate improvement opportunities, refine settings and confirm proposed changes.
- **Ore Analysis and Interpretation:** Review of ore characteristics, mineralogical information and process response to identify improvement opportunities.
- **Benchmarking and Financial Assessment:** Technical and economic assessment of operating performance, constraints and improvement options.
- **Process Safety and Operability:** Risk-based review, upset condition assessment, control strategy input and support for safe operation.
- **Slurry, Pumping and Hydraulic Systems:** Analysis of slurry transport, pumping, piping and hydraulic performance.
- **Process Modelling and Simulation:** Modelling, scenario analysis and CFD-informed assessment where required to support design and troubleshooting.
- **Equipment Selection and Integration:** Defining equipment duties and integrating equipment into practical, maintainable plant systems.
- **Operational Readiness and Troubleshooting:** Support for commissioning, ramp-up, plant troubleshooting and ongoing operational improvement.
