Project Scope
EMtek was proud to partner with Newmont on a Conveyor Upgrade Detailed Design project scope, through the following deliverables.
- Detailed design of the volume capacity upgrades, including provision for changing Idlers and upgrading the drive for speed increase only.
- Detailed design and shop detail of the additional walkway.
- Allowance for minor chute modifications, resulting from phase 1 DEM.
- Detailed design and shop detailing of the conveyor guards.
Major Work Inclusions
- Project weekly meetings and fortnightly progress reports.
- Project schedules and cost curves.
- Detailed design drawings for the Idler upgrade.
- Updated conveyor profile drawing and skirting/Idler arrangement drawing.
- Detailed design drawings for the walkway addition.
