  ### Project Scope

EMtek was engaged between 2015 and 2017 by leading global mining group, to review the Plant capacity and design a range of upgrades to improve reliability and throughput. Following the upgrades, EMtek was further engaged to address capacity constraints in order to enable the plant to run reliably at the maximum designed throughput of approximately 4,000tph.

 

### Major Work Inclusions

- Completion of the control system performance review and control system improvements implemented.
- Completion of all PLC and SCADA works onsite
- An analysis was performed based on the baseline assessment that EMtek completed as an earlier case study.
