Project Scope

EMtek was proud to support Agnico Eagle execute a portfolio of projects through the Fosterville Gold Mine for both Brownfield and Greenfield projects. To assist with the delivery of the current and future projects, EMtek delivered the portfolio as a team to continually ensure that it would involve:

• Structured daily portfolio meetings specific to scope to increase awareness of identified issues.
• A team approach to enforce compliance with FMG safety standards and procedures.
• Standard reporting processes across the portfolio for progress, costs and risks of each package.
• Management of in and out flow of documents and deliverables from turnkey contractors.
