Project Scope
EMtek was proud to support Agnico Eagle execute a portfolio of projects through the Fosterville Gold Mine for both Brownfield and Greenfield projects. To assist with the delivery of the current and future projects, EMtek delivered the portfolio as a team to continually ensure that it would involve:
- Structured daily portfolio meetings specific to scope to increase awareness of identified issues.
- A team approach to enforce compliance with FMG safety standards and procedures.
- Standard reporting processes across the portfolio for progress, costs and risks of each package.
- Management of in and out flow of documents and deliverables from turnkey contractors.
Major Work Inclusions
The provision of project managers, engineers, designers and coordinators for the following projects:
- Paste plant.
- Mine water treatment plant.
- Aster plant.
- Samplers and screens.
- Gold room upgrade.
- Gravity circuit extension.
- ROM rock breaker.
