Project Scope
EMtek was proud to support solutions-based Australian engineering company Azano, with the Albemarle Kemerton project. EMtek provided ongoing project support to assist with the management of vendor packages including document control, design and technical support and quality management. The EMtek team established a document control management system together with a consolidated 3D model, vendor inspection and surveillance report, ITP’s and NCR’s.
Major Work Inclusions
- Prepare document control systems for all project documents in the SDDR.
- Preparation of a register and budget for all EMtek deliverables.
- Review all supplier documents for SOW compliance.
- Capture final issue and/or acceptance for documents by client for manufacture.
- Prepare a consolidated 3D model using supplier equipment models, EMtek structural/mechanical models and client plant models.
- Prepare scope of work for fabrication of hoppers.
- Review electrical cabinet design for compliance with specifications.
- Review electrical control systems.
- Review instrument lists for gaps, consistency and compatibility.
- Review cable and equipment lists and termination diagrams.
- Provide inputs to process description and control philosophy.
- Provide surveillance support during fabrication.
- Support the preparation of quality control documentation, ITP’s, NDE’s and NCR’s.
- Development and compilation of MDR’s.
